for novice division only, the washington state forensics association chose
the below cases and rules. these come directly from jim dorsey, vashon
island hs coach, and person in charge of the novice case areas. you can

the whitman tournament will follow these rules and case areas for its novice
policy division. our invitation will be released soon (within a week or so).
1. ESTABLISH A NATIONWIDE VOUCHER PROGRAM-MODELING AFTER MILWAUKEE OR
ABOLISH ALL VOUCHER PROGRAMS
2. ESTABLISH NEW FEDERAL BILINGUAL PROGRAM OR ABOLISH FEDERAL SUPPORT
3. ESTABLISH SINGLE GENDER SCHOOLS AND/OR PROGRAM(S) OR ABOLISH SINGLE
GENDER SCHOOLS AND/OR PROGRAM(S)
