WA State Novice Case List
Until Jan. 1, including at the Whitman HS tournament, the novice policy
case list will be:
Commercial Geothermal
Increase hydro-electric power
Ethanol-methanol for transportation
Residential photovoltaic
Commercial Wind
NOTICE: COUNTERPLANS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN NOVICE DIVISION FOR THE FALL.
After Jan. 1, the case list will also include:
Solar Satellite
Federal gasoline tax for transportation as a plan.
Decrease hydro-electric power
Commerical tidal power
Solid waste biomass
These case limits and the rule on counterplans, obviously, do not apply to
junior, senior, or championship division.
