This is only somewhat complete. There may be other cases, but these are all of
the shared affs and all of the Plus Ones (each lab writes a shared and a Plus
One that they can run in the tournament - obviously labs write additional
cases, they are just not run in the tournament) Also, please remember that we
are still in labs, so more might get written, and I have little time to answer
