It will be a kritikal aff that focuses on remembering the use of WMD use in
Vietnam (e.g., Agent Orange), while connecting that memory to banning current
use of defoilants (chemical weapons) and fungus (biological agents) in the War
on Drugs in Columbia. The advantages will primarally focus on remembering
Vietnam and connecting that memory to current uses of WMD.
