says Balance of trade is key to solving conflicts (or preventing

sounds a little like heg, but it's kind-of not heg. Advantage
five is oil. Basically, they solve depenedence which is key to
averting wars (like the gulf) over oil. Advantage Six (read in
the 2AC) is Oil Shox. They claim that if the US doesn't buy oil,
they won't hurt others and there won't be a war from oil shox
(sounds like an oil disad spike). On the neg, they run Caspian
Region disad. Development is key to "peace." That's all. They

Plan is the Strategic Wind Initiative, culled from "Wind Energy
and Climate Change: A Proposal for a Strategic Initiative," by the
AWEA it implements a 10% RPS along with an extension of wind's
exisiting tax credit and R&D funding. Beware if they claim a
foreign markets advantage..check the original, i'm sure it doesn't
stem from topical action.

The advantage is air pollution, with a SIDS scenario.
First, their case's advocate is Kahn, from an Energy Policy
article in 1995. Well worth the time to look up, it appears that
they may cite Kahn out of context. They are also known to claim
a species advantage off of particulate matter with a species
D-rule.

prolif, and accidents. They also have a tendency of putting a
moral imperitive at the bottom. They also run scrap the
grandfather clause on EPA CAA regs. The only advantage is
environmental racism.

They distribute energy information globally, to prepare for the
inevitable transition to renewables when oil runs out. The
advantages are Russia stuff and US heg off of dependence.
The Solar desal/detox case claims to solve water wars in the
middle east, and the culture of the Pokopo people. This is an
Indian tribe that currently consists of a single family of four,
but if you point out that it's too late to save them, you are
``repugnant.''
