Explanation:  I believe that accurate knowledge of affirmative cases allows
negative teams to be well-prepared to debate them, which in turn makes the
quality of argumentation better, and benefits debate educationally.  Because of
this belief, I am volunteering to compile a list of all affirmatives willing to
participate, and distribute the complete list, to participants, both
electronically and on paper at copy cost.  Please fill out this form accurately
