Subject: Malcolm A. Bump Memorial Tournament at Hendrick Hudson
The Bump tournament invitation is now officially posted at
http://members.aol.com/menick/bump.html Check it out and sign up; we usually
run out of rooms before we run out of debaters. (For those who are
cybernetically challenged, hard copies will be mailed out shortly). We remain
an LD qualifier at the Quarters level, plus there's two hotly contested
divisions of Policy (novice and varsity). Certain promises can be made and
kept: no students in disco costumes, no albino bagels, no judge panels
numbering more than 15, and no housing in army barracks. Other promises will
no doubt also be made with little or no chance of being kept, but they'll
come later.
