Subject:        New York City Invitational Debate Tournament

The Thirty-Second New York City Invitational Debate Tournament will be 
hosted by the Bronx High School of Science on October 13-15, 2000.  
Invitations will be mailed within the next week and made available on the 
Bronx Science website shortly.  This year the tournament will offer varsity 
Policy and Lincoln-Douglas and Congress.

Hotel accommodations have been made at the Hampton Inn, located at 200 
Tarrytown Road in Elmsford, about 20 minutes north of Bronx Science.  Call 
the sales office at (914) 592-5680 and ask for the rooms reserved for the 
Bronx tournament.

Registration will be accepted from adult coaches or moderators at this 
e-mail address at any time.  Initially, entries are limited to four in each 
of policy debate and L-D, and three in Congress.  Additional entries will be 
placed on a wait list.

We again expect to arrange special airfares with United Airlines.  Details 
as to cities and fares will be released when available.

If your school has not never received an invitation and you would like to be 
on the mailing list, email to this address the school's mailing address and 
the name of the adult coach or moderator.
