Dear List:
Winston Churchill High School in San Antonio is proud to host its annual
tournament, the Charger Classic. The tournament will take place January
19-20, 2001. We will provide 5 preliminary rounds of Varsity
Lincoln-Douglas
Debate, at least 4 prelim rounds of Novice LD, and break to octofinals.
Policy will be formatted the same way: 5 rounds varsity and 4 rounds
novice.
We will also feature two prelim rounds of extemporaneous speaking (FX and
DX
of course) and we will break to quarters in those divisions. The Charger
Classic is a great place to get some TFA state points or just have a good
time. Any teams interested in more information should call Churchill for
an

If any teams plan on traveling, we can suggest some great hotel
accommodations or even house individuals.
Furthermore, if any judges in the San Antonio/Austin/South Texas area
would
like to come judge for fun and food or pay, feel free to backchannel me

call the school.
