Dear Friends & Colleagues,
You and your students are cordially invited to attend in the 1st ever
Memorial High School TFA Qualifying Tournament on January 26-27, 2001.
We think that we are ideally located for you to experience excellent
competition from many areas of the state. We are approximately two
hours from Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and Corpus Christi. We are
also pleased to offer five preliminary rounds of both CLD & CCX debate.
Please fax your entry to the attention of Richard Colling as soon as
possible. We do not expect to have to limit entries, however entries
will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. All schools will
receive a faxed confirmation of their entry soon after entering the
tournament. Deadline for entering the tournament is Wednesday, 1/17/01.
Drops made after Monday, 1/22/01 will result in the loss of entry fee.
Drops made on or after Thursday, 1/25/01 will result in a drop fee equal
to double the entry fee. Debate drops on the day of the tournament will
result in a drop fee equal to triple the entry fee.
Should you have any questions, please contact me. It is best to
contact me via email as I currently have no phone extension in my room.
If you call, I will receive the message and return your call as soon as
possible. If you need to make any changes to your entries, it would be
best simply to fax them to me.
