Subject: The Churchill Classic
To all judges and competitors in the Central Texas
area (or any other area for that matter):
Winston Churchill High School will be hosting the
annual Churchill Classic on January 11 and 12, 2002.
We will feature 5 prelim rounds of Varsity L-D and
C-X, and 4 prelim rounds of Novice L-D and C-X; breaks
will be to octos in Varsity and either octos or
quarters in Novice, depending on the size of the pool.
In addition, we also offer the following IE rounds (2
prelims, break to Semis): DX, FX, Oratory, DI, HI,
Poetry, Prose, and Duet Acting.
The tournament is a TFA qualifier and a great
opportunity for LDers to practice the January/February
topic. Don't forget, entries are due December 21. We
welcome everyone!
