Subject: [CX-L] Heart of Texas 2002 www.debatetournament.org/HOT2002
The Heart of Texas Invitational 2002 tournament will take place on October
17-20. Debate entries will only be taken via our website and we prefer that
IE's be entered that way. The url for the website is
www.debatetournament.org/HOT2002.
Some notes:
1) You must pay for your debate entries by October 1 or your debate entries
will be cancelled. Although this may seem like a slightly draconian measure
it is necessary to ensure that teams on the waiting list can be moved up soon
enough for them to buy plane tickets and make other necessary arrangements to
attend.
2) Please enter quickly. Last year we reached capacity in debate events in
just over 2 weeks.
3) Even if you used our web entry system last year you will need to create a
new acccount via the website in order to enter your students. When you create
your account please enter your information, particularly your email address,
very carefully. If we need to contact you we will almost always try email
first.
