Subject: Brown University HS Tournament
Hello Everyone,
My name is Rob Montz and I am the High School
Tournament Director for Brown University. This email
is an official invitation to our Second Annual High
School Speech and Debate Tournament which is scheduled
for Friday January 25, 2003 to Sunday, January 28,
2003 at our university's campus in Providence, Rhode
Island.
We will be offering a wide selection of events
including at least 3 independent speech events (OO,
Extemp, Duo and others depending on demand), varsity
policy debate, varsity and junior varsity
Lincoln-Douglas debate (January-February topic), and
student congress.
I realize the Brown's tournament is new and we have
yet to really make a name for ourselves. However, last
year, our tournament had well over a hundred
competitors. Moreover, everyone who comes to the
tournament has an opportunity to tour our lovely
campus and to meet admissions people.

base in Ely, Minnesota leading treks around the
Boundary Waters, but, when I am off the water, I will
answer any and all inquiries.
