Initially, each school may enter up to 5 slots per division.  Remaining
entries are subject to a wait-list that will be on a first-come,

six preliminary rounds, which would be posted before the tournament, but
within the framework of a two-day tournament.

TROPHIES:   To all teams and debaters reaching the elimination rounds
plus speaker awards in both divisions.

at the tournament.

JUDGING RESPONSIBILITIES:  Each school MUST PROVIDE one full qualified
adult judge for each one/two debate teams or one/two Lincoln-Douglas
