Subject:        Appleton West tournament

The Appleton West tournament, offering varsity policy debate, is almost
full, but I anticipate space for up to another 10 teams or so. Minnesota,
Michigan, Illinois, and, obviously, Wisconsin are currently represented.
Folks from states other than these are especially welcome.
