It's happening next week. I had insurmountable difficulties in
submitting it to the lists. If you're interested in the invitation,

2 prelims i.e.
5 prelims debate
breaking debate to octafinals
open division cx (80 teams last year)
open & closed divisions LD (120 debaters last year)
We are doing something new in LD. In the open division (the TFA
qualifying division), all is normal. We are also hosting a closed
division (_non-qualifying_) where we are changing the time limits. We
are shifting one minute from the AC to the 1AR, so times will be
5-3-7-3-5-6-3. We are giving 4 minutes of prep. We are polling
debaters, coaches, and judges to get reactions to the time shift, for
all of those interested in shifting the time limits.
Our goal is to allow greater competition for the qualified debaters,
while testing a new time format with experienced debaters.
Our deadline is Friday, and we are filling up. If you are interested,
please email me for an invitation.
