Subject: Valdosta State High School Tournament
Please make plans now to attend the 5th Annual 1998 VSU High School Debate
and Speech Invitational held on the campus of Valdosta State University on
January 9-10, 1998. Meet in Fine Arts Lobby from 3:30-4:30 pm on that
Friday to register--Then round 1 starts in West Hall at 5pm. Two rounds
Friday night--three rounds Saturday.
We will offer--Varisty team debate, Novice Team Debate, ld debate, and 5
ie events: dramatic duo, dramatic interp, humorous interp, extemp,
persuasive.
Costs--CHEAP!!!! 25.00/debate team 30.00/each uncovered team
5.00/ie slot 5.00/each uncovered ie slot
**This year, we will be selling refreshments to students in the order or
lunches and dinner, subs, cokes, chips, snacks, etc. No need to leave
campus this year.
