Subject: KHS Speech Tournament (October 9-10)
My coach has asked me to post an invitation to the Katy High School TFA
Qualifying Speech Tournament to the LD-L. However, instead of posting the
whole thing (which is pretty long) and simply wasting bandwidth for those that
don't care, I'll just post the bare-bones info. If anyone wants a copy of the
entire invitation, see below.
The Katy tournament will be held on October 9-10, 1998. KHS is about a 20
minute drive from the west end of Houston, TX. The tournament features
quality competition in the TFA-qualifying events as well as Prose
Interpretation, Poetry Interpretation, and Impromptu Speaking. We allow
students to cross-enter in almost any combination except debate and Duet
Acting. All standard TFA rules apply.
