Subject: 1999 Liberty Bell Classic
On behalf of the University of Pennsylvania.....
The Debate Council would like to announce to the LD community that the
Liberty Bell Classic High School Forensics Tournament will be moving its
date to October 2-3, 1999 (with registration on the 1st).
As always, the Liberty Bell Classic will feature quality LD debate as well
as numerous individual events. In addition to the date change, there are
some additional minor changes such as a new JV division in LD and a sixth
preliminary round in Varsity. With these additions and an upcoming TOC bid
to be announced soon, we anticipate a large number of entries as usual
(with almost 130 LDer last year).

Registration information will be sent out in early August!!! For
information on our soon to be announced NEW TOC LEVEL or any other LD
