Subject: The 29th Annual R.L. Turner H.S. Speech and Debate Tournament
The 29th annual R.L. Turner H.S. Speech and Debate Tournament will be
held in Carrollton, Texas on October 15 and 16th.

DI

Prose
We will be offering 4 rounds in debate with the 4th round being
power-matched Hi-Hi. VLD will break to Double Octos.
Entries are limited to 5 competitors in each event from a school and we
will allow applications for extra spots after October 8th.
