hi

i'm proud to announce the 1999 whitman hs speech and debate tournament, our
27th annual. it will occur nov. 18-20.

we are offering 4 divisions of policy; 4 divisions of ld; 2 divisions of
ie's and student congress; octas in all debate divisions; finals in all ie
divisions.

we are a toc qualifier in semi-finals in champ ld and policy.

i can email you the invitation; i can also regular mail the invitation to
you if you send me your mailing address.

NOTE: We are restricting entries more this year. WE WILL CUT OFF ENTRIES as
soon as our rooms fill up. This means SOME SQUADS WHO SIGN UP LATER WILL NOT
BE ABLE TO COME TO OUR TOURNAMENT. Register ASAP to assure your entry.

we will also regular mail the invitations to all schools in washington,
oregon, and idaho; they should arrive sometime next week.
