This past weekend Dowling High School held their
annual Paradigm, a tournament which has garnered a
great amount of regional prestige in the three short
years it has been held. The following is the synopsis
of elimination rounds of that tournament.

2. Valley Tim Fletcher def. 1. IC City Scott Spielger
on a 2-1 decision.
In novice LD, Elizabeth Silbermann of Roosevelt HS
defeated Alex Rice of Valley HS to win the
championship.
Congratulations to all participants, especially Tim
and Scott for their finals appearance. Thanks to Tim
Sheaff for an excellently run tournament. It's
amazing to pull off five rounds plus four out rounds
in a single day. Kudos to you, Sheaff.
