Fred RobertsonThe Lincoln/Douglas Division of the Jayhawk Debate Institute was
held at
the University of Kansas June 28-July 11.  In a close vote, the students
chose the capitalism vs. socialism topic for their debates
(human genetic engineering was runner-up in the voting).
