Subject: Auburn Results
Here are the results from what I remember of the Auburn Senior High School
tournament held last weekend. It took a 3-2 with high speaks to make it
to the hidden semifinal round, with a TOC bid at finals.
Quarters:
I'm not exactly sure about the seeding, but I'll put down what I think I
know (it's hard to tell when they don't give speaker awards).
8. Federal Way MC def 1. Auburn Riverside AR (Abby Reid)
4. Central Kitsap ?? def 5. Gig Harbor ??
7. Sehome JA def 2. Auburn Riverside SW (Sean Woods)
3. Central Kitsap KM def 6. Sehome JH (Jon Helfgott)
Semis:
Federal Way MC def Central Kitsap ?? (I think it was a 3-0 count)
Sehome JA def Central Kitsap KM (Kathline McCoy) 2-1
Finals (TOC BID)
Melissa Case of Federal Way defeated Josh Anderson of Sehome high school
on a 2-1.
Congrats to Melissa for qualifying to TOC without leaving the state of
Washington, and congrats to Josh for picking up a bid as a sophomore.
