Subject: Gulf Coast Round Robin Results
Here are the results of the Gulf Coast Round Robin (formerly the Woodlands
Round Robin, formerly "that thing they do in Texas"), held this past weekend
at the Kinkaid School in Houston.
1st Place: Seamus Donovan (Edmond, Oklahoma)
2nd Place: Tommy Clancy (Austin, Texas) -- the only junior of the bunch!
3rd Place: Sean O'Donnell (La Cueva, New Mexico)
4th Place: Maureen Haver (Houston, Texas)
If I remember correctly, the top 3 speakers were Seamus, Sean, and Andrew
Rothschild, in that order. I think I speak on behalf of all the competitors
when I thank Webber, Mr. Ogden, and Mr. Emerson for hosting the tournament,
and especially the Kinkaid parents for all the wonderful food.
