I wasn't at the tournament, but my daughter was, and Pam Cady, the coach at Apple
Valley, was nice enough to print out the results of all the out rounds in LD and
add them to our packet, so here they are. The TOC bid is given for reaching
quarterfinals:
Octafinals:
Iowa City SS(AFF) defeated Ankeny MK
Bergenfield MK(NEG) defeated Hopkins JC
Highland Park DE(AFF) defeated Valley TF
Iowa City JS(NEG) defeated Forest Lake AB
Hopkins NB(AFF) defeated Mounds View KD
Coon Rapids AM(AFF) defeated Rosemount JM
Fremont AR(NEG) defeated Colleyville Heritage AE
Eagan CG(AFF) defeated Ankeny LR
Quarters:
Iowa City SS(AFF) defeated Eagan CG
Fremont AR(AFF) defeated Bergenfield MK
Coon Rapids AM(NEG) defeated Highland Park DE
Hopkins NB(AFF) defeated Iowa City JS
Semis:
Iowa City SS(NEG) defeated Hopkins NB
Coon Rapids AM(NEG) defeated Fremont AR
Finals:
Coon Rapids AM defeated Iowa City SS-- don't know the sides on this one.
Congrats to Andy McNally (I apologize if the last name is spelled incorrectly; it
may instead by McInally or something like that) for winning the tournament, a
very tough one to win, and to all those who earned TOC bids and those cool marble
apples.
