held at Belen HS on March 10-11, results were as
follows:
Qualifying for nationals:

Wilbert "The Extemper" -- North Miami Beach HS
The alternates were:
1st alternate: David Vivero -- Christopher Columbus HS
2nd alternate: Sonia Vohra -- Miami-Palmetto HS
