Subject: Nebraska district NFL results
Nebraska hosted its two NFL districts for debate in conjunction Friday and
Saturday, March 10 & 11, at Fremont High School. Qualifiers and alternates
for Nationals in Portland were as follows:
>From the Nebraska South District-- 1st place, Sam Korab, Lincoln East;
2nd place, Ted Ashley, Lincoln East; 1st alternate, Michaela Dunn, Omaha
Mercy; 2nd alternate, Marc Berger, Lincoln Southeast.
>From the Nebraska District-- 1st place, Nick Turner, Millard West; 2nd
place, Angie Robertson, Fremont; 1st alternate, Tricia Bolin, Millard West;
2nd alternate, Greg Ferenstein, Millard West.
Congrats to all the qualifiers and alternates on a great tournament
performance!
Congratulations also to coaches Matt Molsen from Lincoln East and John
Gibson from Millard West, and to all the competitors, judges, and coaches
who made the tournament run smoothly.
