Pat Gehrke had a couple of citations that I did not have or could not verify. I have taken the liberty of incorporating them into this list. I know that there were a couple of additional articles published in the West Coast Handbook, but aside from seeing them in a works cited page, I have not been able to verify the citations. I will post the unverified citations if I can find them.
