TOC WEB PAGE: The TOC Web Page is alive and well. Mike Bietz has done a
great job. He already has all the TOC qualifying tournaments listed along
with other information. He is in the process of adding the TOC invitation.
We will begin posting qualifiers as soon as I have the offical results from
