WAKE FOREST UNIVERSITY
Virginia Bannigan, executive assistant for the Wake Forest University debate program has certified the TOC qualifiers for 2003. Wake is a TOC qualifier in Lincoln-Douglas at the octafinals level and in policy debate at the quarterfinals level. Please note: states were not identified in the certification of this tournament, thus there may be some mistakes. Please notify me if you find that to be the case.
