	Minh Leoung, tab room director for the Yale University Invitational has certified the 2003 TOC qualifiers.  Yale is a TOC qualifier in Lincoln-Douglas at the quarterfinals level.

LONG BEACH
	Matt Taylor, director of the Long Beach invitational has certified the TOC qualifiers for 2003. Long Beach is a TOC qualifier in policy debate at the finals level
