Subject: [CX-L] TOC: DEADLINES, MICHIGAN RESULTS, MISSING RESULTS
IMPORTANT TOC DEADLINES (TOMORROW).
Applications for both fully qualified teams as well as at-large applications must be in Lexington by Friday, March 14th, 2003, at 5:00 P.M.
You must submit the following with your application:
1) School Registration and Fee Worksheet filled out in full
2) Entry form for each team or debater filled out in full with principal signature
3) Check covering all fees. Full registration and all other fees must accompany
the registration/entry form or entries will not be accepted. Each year there are
many who ignore this requirement. If the full registration fees do no accompany
your entry and registration form, it simply will not be accepted as a fully qualfied
entry. We do not have the time to write, call, or e-mail you asking for registration
fees when you know in advance what is required. There will be no exceptions
made on this.
MISSING RESULTS MUST BE IN TOMMAROW
1. POLICY DEBATERS USING HOUSTON MEMORIAL WILL NOT BE ADMITTED INTO THE TOURNAMENT UNLESS THE RESULTS ARE CERTIFIED BY TOMORROW, FRIDAY MARCH 14TH AT 5:00 PM.
2. LINCOLN DOUGLAS DEBATERS USING JAMES LOGAN (CA), HOUSTON-MEMORIAL, OR PRINCETON UNIVERSITY WILL NOT BE ADMITTED INTO THE TOURNAMENT UNLESS THE RESULTS ARE CERTIFIED BY TOMORROW FRIDAY MARCH 14TH AT 5:00 PM.
POLICY DEBATERS PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE AWARE THAT SEVERAL MISTAKES WERE MADE IN THE HARVRD RESULTS; I HAVE ASKED STEFAN BAUSCHARD TO RECERTHARVARD.
