TOC Entry Applications
Entry applications for the 2004 TOC are now available. To recieve
one, send an email to Linda Barker at:
LLBARK0@uky.edu
Please note: Entry applications will be send only on request. Include
both your email and your US mailing address. This year entry
applications will NOT be distributed at tournaments as they have in
the past. Nor will they be mailed, unless requested.
