Resolved: That the United States federal government should substantially
increase public health services for mental health care in the United States.
2. Energy Policy
Resolved: That the United States federal government should establish a
comprehensive policy regulating electric utilities in the United States.
3. Poverty
Resolved: That the United States federal government should substantially
increase housing assistance for indivduals living in poverty in the United
States
4. Food Safety
Resolved: That the United States federal government should substantially
increase regulation of food safety in the United States.
5. Transportation Policy
Resolved: That the United States federal government should establish a
comprehensive surface transportation infrastructure program in the United
States
