The following topics will appear in theSeptember Rostrum. I will begin

NFL LINCOLN-DOUGLAS DEBATE TOPIC BALLOT
Please check the five topics which your NFL chapter would most like to
debate. The results of this balloting will determine the 2004
Lincoln-Douglas topics for: January- February (3rd choice), March -
April (2nd choice), Nationals (1st Choice), September - October (5th
choice), and November - December (4th choice).
Note: The bullets are offered in an attempt to present some of the ideas
discussed by the Wording Committee. The intent is to aid in topic
selection, not to limit topic analysis.
