I just received this email from Michael Nailor, so I thought I would send

Because I never seem to have much luck at posting to
the LD-L -- my messages always seem to take a bounce
-- would you please post a message from me on the list
regarding the topic for LD at Rochester? It will be
Resolved: Discriminations made by society on the
basis of chronological age alone are justified.
The topic will appear shortly on the www.ncfl.org
website and is in the process of being sent to the
moderators of the diocesean leagues.

The wording is a little awkward, but I think it's a decent topic. Those of
you who want to find some fabulous negative evidence (particularly regarding
age discrimination's impact on the young) should check out the writing of
Mike Males.
