Just opened up our batch of Rostrums and was greeted with this information.
The 1998 Gateway Nationals Lincoln Life LD Topic is as follows:
In the United States' justice system, due process ought to be valued above the
pursuit of truth when they are in conflict.
And I'd just quickly like to say that I think this is an excellent topic and will
make for outstanding debate at Nationals.
