Resolved: That the federal government should significantly strengthen its
regulation of human genetic information in the United States.
2. American Urban Communities
Resolved: That the federal government should adopt an urban policy to
substantially increase economic investment in the inner cities of the United
States.
3. Education
Resolved: That the federal government should establish an education policy
to significantly increase academic achievement in secondary schools in the
United States.
4. Child Care
Resolved: That the federal government should establish a program to
significantly reform day care for children in the United States.
5. Terrorism
Resolved: That the federal government should substantially strengthen its
policy to combat domestic terrorism in the United States.
